My 3 month baby last stool was a week ago. it was soft and normal. this is the 2nd time it is delayed. last time it was 5 days. is this normal?

Can be: This can be normal. As long as the baby is happy, eating well and not acting like he/she is in pain there is probably no problem. If the baby is having symptoms you can get a pediatric glycerin suppository, cut it in 1/2 and see if that helps. If that doesn't work then see your pediatrician.
