A member asked:

Is it common for a person in their early twenties to have a loss of cervical lardosis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cervical spine: Not common but loss of normal lordosis can occur with poor posture, a previous traumatic injury, and early arthritis in the cervical spine. Neck exercises for strengthening muscles and improving posture can reverse the loss of lordosis (kyphosis).See a spine specialist for treatment.
