No known harm... but: Black Cohosh is commonly used by midwives to "induce" labor; however, there is no scientific research to support that this is effective. One tablet should not be harmful to your baby. I KNOW that waiting is frustrating, but your body will go into labor when it is the right time and trying to induce labor before that time can lead to problems. And... congratulations!
