Yes: Dizziness, nausea, lightheadedness, and feeling off-balance can all be symptoms of low blood sugar. Try drinking a glass of milk or juice and see if the symptoms go away. If you have a blood glucose monitor at home, always check your blood sugar if you are having these symptoms. If they persist after a snack, a physician can evaluate the problem.
