Maybe both: It sounds like several of these problems may be due to being overweight. If that is the case, probably the best thing you can do for your health is to begin a serious diet and exercise program, but be sure to check with your physician before starting an exercise regimen. !

Agree with Dr. K: Both hypothyroidism and being overweight could cause sleep apnea. Making sure that your hypothyroidism is being treated adequately and losing weight would be good on many fronts.
