Possible allergic...: Here we have 2 factors, what type of lube he used and if he had ejaculated in your mouth or not. Either of them may cause allergic/inflammation reaction in your throat. But most likely it is from the lube he used. Usually it will resolves within few hours but if it got worse or you have trouble breathing then go to the ER immediately.
