missed period.: There are actually many different reasons for missing a period. If you are eating healthy, have only lost five pounds and aren't involved in excessive exercise, this lifestyle change might not have caused the missed period. Hopefully, your next period will come and require no effort on your part. Contact your GYN if you miss 3 cycles.
