You have your period: It is not uncommon to not have periods on the oral contraceptive pills, but most ladies will have a period during the placebo pills every month or every three months, depending on the type of pills you take. The periods are less painful for ladies that take the pills than for those who don't, but can still hurt a lot. Try over-the-counter ibuprofen or naproxen with food. See doc if still needed
