Do not ignore this: Severe stomach ache should never be ignored. This could be simple indigestion or something more serious, such as stomach ulcer or inflammation (gastritis). You should be examined in person and have labs done (such as CBC, liver, and possibly H. pylori to look for infectious causes). An endoscopy (camera assisted evaluation of your stomach) may also be necessary. Get evaluation in person ASAP.
