May be thrush: The white/yellow coating could be thrush. This is a fungal infection of the tongue. The lumps at the back of your tongue could be just your taste buds especially if they are same color as tongue and not painful. Have MD check for thrush and Rx something if necessary and look into underlying reasons for the thrush if that is what you have.
