Anovulation: Sounds like you are not ovulating, therefore, you are not having a period. You should see your doc for definitive diagnosis of why you are not ovulating. Good luck!

Need gyn eval: By what you describe. PCI is possible. You need good gyn work up and blood work done to help sort out this issue for you. Best of luck.
