CT scan: and oncology evaluation. You should have your sputum tested for infection ( culture) and cytology. You need to have your tumors checked and evaluated regularly. Are you taking any mediciation for reflux?- Check with your physician-ASAP.

Hemoptysis : Given your history of smoking and age, I would refer you to see pulmonologist for evaluation, CT and/or bronchoscopy as indicated per initial evaluation.
