How is she acting?: Temperatures are not evil - they actually help immensely in fighting infections, whatever the cause. If she is acting fine and not complaining of any severe pain, excessive vomiting or lethargic, then let her have the fever and watch her closely. You need to give lots of fluids to prevent dehydration with fever, but otherwise you can safely monitor her a day or two and see if things resolve.
