Not sleeping baby: It is not uncommon for young infants not to sleet through the night but there are some ways that you can help change that. First it is important that your baby is able to go to sleep on his own instead of putting him to bed already asleep. First try putting him to bet when he starts rubbing his eyes which is a sign of sleepiness. And no meals during the night, least he not wake for meal time.

Introduce Solids: 6 mos old, no longer sleeping thru night. Infant sleeping patterns commonly change as babies grow. If your child is showing signs of discomfort thru the night after being on same formula it may be from hunger. Your baby is at an age of rapid growth & developmental change. Transition to solid foods starts at 6 mos so begin now. Introduce a variety at once. See doctor if discomfort continues.
