If checked: And all is ok. It may be just a small tear that keeps re occurring. No major issue especially since you have been evaluated. Maybe so some other things for awhile and let things heal completely. May be the answer.

Needs more eval: I would return to the doctor, or consider seeing a gynecologist. Blood after intercourse shouldn't be considered normal, but is usually easily dealt with by the doctor once they've identified what's going on..

Irritation : If major problem ruled out especially if dr saw her soon after an episode must be some irritation maybe try lubrication but again must rule out some thing serious that would also bleed sounds like she has done that
