im having very light bleeding period is due but its barely enough for a tampon and the blood is very dark. not like my usual cycle..could i be pregnan?

Do pregnancy test: Sometimes stress or other health issues affect hormone levels and can delay or alter a menstral cycle, so scant bleeding itself is not diagnostic of pregnancy. If you are worried, a pregnancy test will clarify that concern.
