Hi dr please tell me, i am on tarceva (erlotinib) and my finger nails is coming away from my fingers, omg what to do. will it grow back?

Stop meds: Tarceva (erlotinib) which is an epidermal growth factor inhibitor blocks this growth factor is some malignant lesions but also in skin and GI tract. It may be effecting the epithelium of the nail bed in your case allowing or causing separation of the nail from nail bed. Probably the only way of preventing this is discontinuing the medication.
