Yes: Chlamydia trachomatis can cause conjunctivitis which gives red eye. See an ENT specialist for the swelling of your parotid gland on chewing. It is possible you may have a stone in the parotid gland duct that drains saliva from the gland to the mouth. However, you need to be examined to make that diagnosis. Parotid gland swelling (if that's what it is}is unrelated to the chlamydia. Wish you well.
