Recently diagnosed with chlamydia and my right side swells when i chew to three times the normal size (parotid gland) eye is very red (like pink eye).

Yes: Chlamydia trachomatis can cause conjunctivitis which gives red eye. See an ENT specialist for the swelling of your parotid gland on chewing. It is possible you may have a stone in the parotid gland duct that drains saliva from the gland to the mouth. However, you need to be examined to make that diagnosis. Parotid gland swelling (if that's what it is}is unrelated to the chlamydia. Wish you well.
