How to easily treat slight acne of the inner labia from home?

Not acne: Acne does not typically occur on the labia minora. You should have the lesions looked at by a physician.

Suggest MD Eval: It is unlikely that your rash involving the inner aspect of the labia is Acne. I would strongly suggest evaluation by your PCM, GYN, or at an Urgent Care Clinic to rule out an STD. Acne does not affect mucous membranes, so the rash should be evaluated further. If the lesions are painful, they could be from Herpes, so abstain from sex until you have been evaluated and tested.
