Unlikely: Nodules of the thyroid usually produce no symptoms unless they are very large and pushing on your breathing or swallowing tube. If thyroid blood tests are normal, it means that your tiredness is related to something else. Other common causes are anemia, depression, diabetes, lack of exercise. You should see your doctor for evaluation.
