Post Op Instructions: Healing time varies depending upon medical history, general health and mostly degree of difficulty of surgery. The dentist should have given you oral and written instructions. If not, call and get them.

7-10 days: The typical wisdom teeth recovery time is seven to ten days. The length of recovery depends a lot on how badly the wisdom teeth were impacted. There are plenty of things you can do to make the recovery time easier. Ask your surgeon for more information before the surgery.
