No itch is good: Just something to keep an eye on. The biggest problem with poison ivy is the painful itch. There are many plants can leave a resin on your skin causing an irritation. Poison Ivy leaves a resin that brings about a hypersensitivity reaction that causes your immune system to aggressively pursue this resin. If it doesn't itch, all is good!
