Is blood coming from the penis a sign of cancer?

See a doctor: Blood in the urine can be from tumors in the urinary tract (bladder, kidneys, urethra), from urinary tract stones, infection, or trauma. You need to see a doctor whenever you see blood coming out of the penis, or any other body orifice for that matter.

Does the blood: Occur with urination, from the urethral meatus? With ejaculation? Just dripping blood all the time? There can be benign or maignannt causes. If it is a daily occurence, see a urologist. If it happened once, probably not an alert that neesd attention today, but if it returns, go to the doctor.
