Migraines: I would recommend identifying triggers, such as certain foods, stress and allergies (yes, stress headaches and sinus headaches can trigger migraines) and avoid or treat these. Also try deep focused breathing and other relaxation techniques to try to prevent full blown migraines from developing, or at least to help manage the pain.Seeing a neurologist regarding migraines may be helpful too.
