Call your doctor: A lot of this depends on details like the strength of pill you were on before and the strength you are on now and how long you have been on the new pill. it can take up to 2 packets of pills for the changes to get set. Usually bleeding is related to too low of estrogen level or the type of progesterone in the pill. Best to call your own GYN
