If i got two postive home pregnant tests, and a negative urine hospital test, am i pregnant?

Depends: What did you go to the hospital for? Were you bleeding? Did they evaluate you for a possible miscarriage? It is tough to tell based off of your question. If your negative test was before your positive ones, then you are likely still pregnant. If your negative test was most recent, then you could have miscarried. It is best to clarify this with your doctor. Or consider a blood test. Best wishes.
