Old blood: This sounds like old blood that is changing the vaginal discharge. If this continues, have your GYN MD check it out at an exam.

No: A light brown discharge is not normal. You can even have a misplaced or lost tampon from your previous cycle. You may have a polyp or a cervical wart. Please get checked.
