Diet and exercise: My general recommendation for children to lose weight is to spend less time in front of the computer or TV and go outside and play for at least an hour a day. I realize that not everyone lives in an area where it is safe to play outside, so I recommend indoor exercise activities as much as possible. Regarding diet I suggest limiting fast food, soda, juice and sweets.
