Family Doctor: I will have to assume you were the person doing the oral sex on another partner. You did not share the gender of yourself or your partner. There are different risks depending upon these vital parts of the story. But, in general there are no STDs that cause a sore throat three days after sex.

It depends: if the clinic can see you tomorrow, I think you can wait. If they can't, go to an urgent care or ER. If there is a possibility that your partner has an STD be sure to tell the doctor what you said here, so the appropriate tests are run and the correct treatment is given.

Sore throat: Although it is not a common cause of a sore throat, gonorrhea can cause a pharyngitis following oral intercourse. Testing would be recommended.
