Neither 4 anxiety: Metformin is for diabetes type 2, and Zoloft (sertraline) is an anti-depressant. Speak to your PCP to address this with you, and find the best solution. Also doing deep breathing helps! Breathe in for 6 seconds, pause, then breathe out for 7 seconds. Will relax you, and get the parasympathetic nervous system involved. Do at least 10 sets. You'll feel better right away! No meds!
