Need more info: Did either of you use contraception? If not, pregnancy is a possibility. Did she get an OTC pregnancy test? If neg redo in a week. Cystitis is not a problem but the kind of antibiotic she received if she is pregnant may be a problem. If second pregnancy test is pos or neg she should see her OB/GYN physician.
