Ovulation: No. You are not pregnant. You get pregnant from sex the five days before ovulation. Not before menstruation. Bleeding at your period, even if less than normal, never represents pregnancy.

Pre=still ejaculatio: Pre ejacuatiion is still ejaculation and could result in pregnancy. Condoms are still better than pulling it out "just in time".
