Take a test: If you had a tubal in your 20's the chance of pregnancy over your lifetime is 1 in 200. Not zero, unfortunately. Take a home pregnancy test to be sure that you're not pregnant. If you're not pregnant, then you may want to see doctor anyway about your lack of a period for 3 months, make sure that there's no other medical issues going on. Best of luck.
