Hard to say.: . There are multiple reasons for pain in the right lower quadrant. I'm not sure what you mean by a "dry discharge." In my experience most discharge is wet. TTC is a term are not familiar with. Do you mean trying to conceive? Perhaps a little more information could help. How long have you been trying to conceive? Have use birth control? When did you start having periods?Good luck
