Mostly: There are no interactions, so they may be safely taken together. Some antihistamines may cause drowsiness and increase the risk of a fall, so take a less sedating antihistamine like loratidine if possible. Warfarin interacts with many drugs as well as OTC and herbals, so it is always a good idea to continue to ask about interactions before starting a new medication.
