Funeral: If you are ready to die- continue to mix alcohol and sleeping pills- just a matter of time. Stop hurting yourself. Trt OTC sominex or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) ( not with alcohol)- meditstion, relaxation, massage, aromatherpy, prolonged sexual foreplay: see- lots of safe and fun ways to sleep!

Mask fit: Patients who suffer from sleep apnea often have difficulty first getting used to a CPAP machine. Many will improve with oral sleep aids however if this is not working, having a mask fitting may improve comfort and tolerability. CPAP machines now come with several different types of masks from nasal pillows to full face. A proper fit or a different style mask may improve tolerance.
