See a doctor: Your blood counts are normal so this does not explain your weakness. There are many things that can cause your symptoms so you must seek medical care to sort this out. Make sure you have a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. Adding a multivitamin would also be helpful. A fiber supplement could help with constipation. Please see a healthcare provider to sort this out.
