Healthy & yummy!: Watermelon has no fat, cholesterol or salt. It is pretty low in calories, too. It has some fiber, a bit of calcium and iron and protein, and a decent amount of Vitamins C and A. Good stuff! Plus practicing spitting the seeds can lead to a prize in some local fairs in a Seed-Spitting Contest (exercise is good).
