Not necessaily: The most common cause of a missed menstrual period is pregnancy. Do a urine pregnancy test at minimum now or see your doctor for blood pregnancy test.

Pregnancy: A missed or delayed period can always mean pregnancy. The timing is not as likely for conception if you are regular, but ovulation is not always at the same length from the previous period.
