Safe?: Safe, yes. Effective for anxiety? No. I would try other herbals, therapies or prescriptions that have been shown to help anxiety instead.

Ok: Itamin b abd c are water soil able and pass out of the urine and stool if not needed. Excess vit c can cause diarrhea.

Yes, but . . . : While high doses of B and C vitamins are safe to take (you pee out the stuff your body cannot use), they are minimaly effective. You may find better ways to spend you money.

Anxiety: I am not aware that anxiety can be effectively treated with high doses of Vitamin B and C. Vitamin B in high doses can be toxic to the liver. Vitamin C is excreted in the urine, so it is not generally toxic. See a mental health professional to treat your anxiety.

Vitamins: I recommend Vitamin B12 at 5000 mcg daily to my patients and Vitamin C at 1000-2000 mg daily to help with immune system health and memory and energy (B12). Not sure of its uses for anxiety.
