May be an infection.: You may have a pelvic infection, especially if you are having any pain. Call your OB and get a follow up appt. to have a pelvic exam and cultures. Would also hold on sex until cleared by your OB doctor. Your medications list Advil (ibuprofen) and Ibuprofen - Advil (ibuprofen) is Ibuprofen, so make sure you do not overlap them. If you have no liver problems, you can add Tylenol (Acetaminophen) for pain.
