Likely: I'm guessing that they might have made a mistake with the prescriptions, but I would also guess that you will be adequately treated. If you're at all worried, you can go back to clinic or doctor and ask for a test of cure, a repeat chlamydia test, to make sure that the infection is cleared, that's definitely an option. Or call your doctor's office and ask for recommendation as well.

Doxy dose: I am not sure why the dosage of doxycycline was 100 mg once daily. Maybe some miscommunication? At any rate, I think it is a good idea to be retested and to be sure that the chlamydia is gone. Take precautions to protect your partner until that time that you come back negative.
