Hard to predict: Ovulation usually occurs around day 12-16, but it is not always predictable, nor does it always cause ovulation.

Variable: Most women on Femara (letrozole) will ovulate on CD 10 to 16. However, some patients can ovulate even on CD 20. It is best to combine ovulation testing with Ultrasound.
