Adductors: Often times the adductor/hamstring muscles can be irritated and cause knee pain at upper thigh and inner knee. 2 hamstrings and the sartorius attach at the inner knee. Massage, of course, can be beneficial. A visit to your Doctor of Chiropractic, Post Isometric Relaxation (PIR) or Proprioceptive Neuro Facilitation (PNF) stretching may help.
