Probably : Just as your vagina can smell different when you have an infection, the body can emit different odors based on the physiology. But not enough research has been done to define all of the these smells. Thankfully, home pregnancy tests are very accurate :)

It could: During pregnancy your vaginal flora can change causing a different odor. However, this could also be caused by other things such as douching, menses, infection, etc. take a pregnancy test to rule pregnancy in or out.
