Vitamins side effect: I would recomend you stop the vitamins give your stomach a rest and try them again with food to see if you tolerate them better. If re occurs change the vitamins

Stop it: Most healthy young people who eat a balanced diet don't need multivitamins. However I see that you are on Azithromycin, ibuprofen and Mucinex (guaifenesin) and they are all more likely to cause nausea than a multivitamin, .

Safe to stop: You are on several other medicines which can cause nausea. Since vitamins are not essential, it's safe to stop them and see what happens. In fact, for most people, there is no reason to think that vitamin supplements are useful at all.

They may not be caus: Based on your other medical complaints and medications they may not be causing your symptoms. There are other medications that may cause a similar symptom. Why are you taking the multivitamin. If you don't require it ,stop it and see if your symptoms improve. If not it may be your bronchitis or your antibiotic that are causing your symptoms.
