Go get checked out: Hi Maegan, your symptoms sound consistent with a spectrum of possibilities from benign to needing urgent evaluation. You may be suffering from a bladder infection (urinary tract infection) or given your bloating and back pain, this infection may have spread to the kidney. Alternatively, kidney stones can also cause back pain and microscopic blood in your urine. Worth a trip to urgent care.
