Low back pain: You will need a urine test as you are having low back pain, strong smelling urine with chills. Abdominal bloating is unusual in UTI though. You will need to se your GP so that they can do an abdominal examination , urine test and if indicated Complete blood count. Other issues regarding stool constancy, bowel habits etc will need to be discussed.
