See below: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. From what you described the rash is more likely to be due to herpes than yeast.

Vaginal irritation: This May or may not be a yeast infection. You can try an over the counter anti yeast vaginal cream . If it does not improve , then you should be examined.

Does not sound : Like yeast. Yeast is not usually a rash but a white chunky cottage cheese like discharge that itches. This sounds like something else. Suggest you get seen to get proper diagnosis and treatment
