Thrombophlebitis: On the chest and upper abdomen. Rare, more common in women, especially those who have had breast surgery. Treatment is typically symptomatic. It is self limited. Antibiotics, steroid, anticoagulants have been used but haven't been shown to be shorten the course of the disease. It is occasionally associated with cancer, especially breast so that should be looked for.
